M/V Arctic Hunter was originally build in 1978 as a passenger/car ferry for transport between Haugesund and Utsira in Norway.
The vessel was rebuild into a survey vessel in 2007 and has worked with seismic in Africa, fuel transfer and cargo transport in Greenland.
The vessel was rebuild in 2014 with 5 new bunks for passengers and 2 bathrooms/toilets in new passenger department.
Arctic Offshore ApS bought bought the vessel in 2014 and the vessel has from 2014 and until today worked with various tasks around wind mill parks in the North Sea.
Primary tasks have been transport of passengers and material to work sites and deployment of buoys and anchor stones up to 12T on specific positions.
